- Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes and differences arising out of or relating to this agreement including interpretation of its terms and conditions will be resolved through joint discussions of the Authorized Representatives of both the parties. However, if the disputes are not resolved by the discussions, then the matter will be referred to for adjudication to the arbitration of a person appointed by the Bank in accordance with Indian Law i.e. Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final & binding on both the parties. The venue for the arbitration will be MUMBAI. The arbitration shall be in English. The arbitration procedure shall not cover any claim made by the Guards/Supervisors provided by the agency against the Agency and/or against the Bank. - Jurisdiction of Court
The courts at MUMBAI shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to try all disputes, if any, arising out of this agreement between the parties.
